If you’ve been diligently saving your Alaska miles and have been itching to go to Maui, you’re in luck! I was doing a little bit of travel research for myself and stumbled upon what I think is a solid deal for flights. Alaska Airlines has one-way award redemptions for only 10k miles to Maui from select California cities. So, can literally go to Maui roundtrip for only 20k miles. I can’t even go from L.A. to San Francisco for that few miles sometimes. Check out all the cities and dates below!

Best Cities for Alaska 10k Redemptions

The best California cities for the Alaska 10k redemptions are Los Angeles and San Jose. There are one or two from San Francisco and San Diego, but not as many as the two other cities. I put San Francisco and San Diego’s award calendars down below regardless just in case anyone was curious. The award redemptions for those two cities are more in the 20k miles range each way.
