Where to Drink: Rosina Cocktail Lounge

Rosina Cocktail Lounge is where it’s at if you are looking for more of an intimate and curated cocktail experience. I happened to stumble on this place when my friend and I were Googling for a nice place to sit and drink. Rosina Cocktail Lounge popped up and since we’ve never been there, we wanted to give it a try. The space is beautifully designed and lends itself to that Instagram-worthy moment. I also love that the lounge is on the smaller side and gives you more of a speakeasy feel but still looks out into the casino if you want to see the action. It’s not one of Conde Nast’s top Las Vegas bars for no reason!

Rosina Cocktail Lounge Location

Rosina Cocktail Lounge is located inside the Palazzo Hotel near the guest elevators. It might be a little hard to find but I just used Google Maps to guide me to where it was. A really great thing about this location is that the Venetian and the Palazzo offer free parking. So, you don’t have to worry about those pesky parking fees when you come here.

Hours of Operation

The cocktail lounge is open daily from 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.

No Smoking

One thing that I really love about this bar is that it’s a no smoking, no vaping, and no cigars venue. So, if you want to have a nice cocktail without having to worry about smelling like a box of cigarettes by the end of the night, this is definitely your place.

What Time Should You Go?

We got there right around 6:00 p.m. right around when it opened. There was already a couple there and more people trickled in and out through the night. Not sure if it gets overly crowded later on, but I don’t think you’ll have any problem finding a seat.

What Did We Order?

This was an interesting experience since my friend and I didn’t really order drinks off the menu. Instead, we got the type of experience where you tell the bartender what flavors you like and they will make you a drink based on your preferences. So, in the end, my friend and I got the Troublemaker and an Eastside Rickey with vodka (normally with gin). I’m not a gin fan so I always substitute it with vodka. Both were delicious and we probably drank it too fast because we ended up staying for another round of drinks. For our second round, we stuck to the classics and got a whisky sour and an old fashion.

Benefits for Las Vegas Locals

An amazing benefit that Rosina Cocktail Lounge offers is a 25% discount for locals. I haven’t seen this at any other bar yet and thought it was a great way for locals to come and hang out on the strip. Especially if there’s free parking too!

Customer Service

I do have to give a big shout-out to our amazing bartender (Lewis) for taking care of my friend and I. Bartenders like these make you want to come back because they treat you like you are their friend. Lewis took the time to talk to us and made sure we were entertained the whole night. It wasn’t even just us. He treated everyone at the bar like that. It’s customer service like this that sets Rosina apart from any other lounge on the strip. So, if you go, make sure to find Lewis and tell him I said hi!

Overall Review of Rosina Cocktail Lounge

This is definitely your place if you want to go somewhere, relax, and hang out with friends without the thumping in-your-face club music. Or if you are by yourself, I highly suggest sitting at the bar and just chatting it up with the bartenders. You won’t be disappointed. If you are planning on coming to the strip, I highly suggest you check this place out!
