The Saint Laurent Outlet is one of the stores that I always stop by when we go down to the Desert Hills Premium Outlets. There’s never a long line so you can easily go in and do a quick browse, unlike Gucci where you might be waiting for two hours. I didn’t buy anything on this trip but I did buy a pair of these Saint Laurent high-top sneakers the last time I was here. I’ve always loved the white Converse All Stars style but since it’s made up of canvas, it would get dirty so fast! So, when I saw a similar pair of high tops at Saint Laurent and it was made up of leather, I knew they had to come home with me. It is much easier for me to clean and definitely more durable.

SAINT LAURENT OUTLET DISCOUNT AND PRICES
I would say that the prices at Saint Laurent Outlet are kind of split up between the type of item that you are buying. Overall, I’ve seen the discount range anywhere from 30%-75% off. The 30% range is mostly on their handbags and leather goods. The 75% range seems to be mostly on their clothes. In between the two percentages is where the shoes come into play. I’ve never thought about buying clothes from Saint Laurent but after noticing the 75% discount, it’s kind of hard not to buy one or two pieces, right?!
IS THERE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE RETAIL STORE AND THE OUTLET STORE?
I found this to be quite surprising. I spoke to a sales associate and they told me that there are a few pieces that are made specifically for the outlets but most of the items are from their retail stores. So, if you see something at the outlet that you’ve never seen before, I would double-check and ask someone. If you’re going to be spending that amount of money, you should know what you are exactly buying. For the most, whatever I took pictures of, I was able to find somewhere online so I would agree that most of their stuff seems to be from their retail stores.
SAINT LAURENT OUTLET LOCATION
The Saint Laurent Outlet used to be located in a small space next to Gucci. It’s currently closed for remodeling and has moved all the way to the west side of the outlets right across Levi’s. If you’re planning on going, make sure you take note since it’s not at the usual location where all the other high-end brands are. It took us about 10 minutes to walk from the east side to the west side. When we got there, there were two groups ahead of us. We waited no more than 10 minutes in line.
SAINT LAURENT OUTLET RETURN POLICY
This outlet’s return policy is a little bit different than the rest of the luxury brands. There are no refunds here but you do have 30 days to exchange for something else if you change your mind about your purchase. If you decide to purchase something from this outlet, you better make sure that you really wanted something that was Saint Laurent.
SAINT LAURENT OUTLET CUSTOMER SERVICE
I can’t say too much about their customer service since I didn’t really interact with them much. They let you freely roam around the store and will ask if you need help or not. I much prefer that since a lot of you already know that I hate having sales associates follow me around the store. I will say that I’ve tried to call the store a couple of times during the day and no one seems to want to pick up. I tried again about 30 mins before closing and I finally got someone on the phone. So, if you want to call this store, you probably have a better chance of getting someone closer to the end of the day.
OTHER SAINT LAURENT HAWAII SHOPPING NEWS
This is unrelated to the Saint Laurent Outlet, but I wanted to put this information here as well in case anyone is interested. If you’ve read my Saint Laurent Hawaii Shopping Guide blog post, you would know that they usually have a 20% discount on all their goods. Well, a lovely reader has recently informed me that out of nowhere, they changed their discount from 20% to only now 10% which started on 7/1/2021. This is a huge disappointment since no one was given any warning. Even the sales associate that I spoke to said that this came out of nowhere. Just wanted to let all of you know in case you were planning on going to Hawaii and wanted to shop at Saint Laurent!
