The Valentino Outlet is a smaller store than what you would see at Gucci or Prada, but I feel like that’s what makes it a little bit more manageable. Now that I think about it, all the Valentino stores that I’ve been to have never been very big so it would make sense that the outlet probably wouldn’t be that large either. They have everything shoes, purses, ready-to-wear, and accessories. During my research, the best bargain has to be their ready-to-wear since there’s usually an extra sale that rotates on top of the already marked down outlet price.

VALENTINO OUTLET DISCOUNT

The discount depends on what type of item you are buying. For shoes and handbags, you can expect somewhere between 30%-40% off. For ready-to-wear items, they start out at 60% off straight from the retail price, and as of 8/13/21, there’s an extra 50% off the outlet price which is a really good deal. You might notice in my pictures that there are extra yellow dots with extra percentages off. When I took those pictures, that was the sale they had going on at that time, but as of right now, everything is an extra 50% off the ready-to-wear. Not sure when the promotion will end, but make sure you call to double-check before you head out there.

VALENTINO OUTLET STYLES VS. RETAIL STYLES

I have confirmed with a sales associate that all items at the Valentino Outlet are straight from their retail stores. Nothing is made specifically for the outlets. The same sales associate let me know that the outlet is at least one season behind so they have items starting from last year and earlier at the outlet right now.

The Valentino Outlet in Cabazon, CA is located on the east side of the Desert Hills Premium Outlets where all the other luxury brand names are.

The Valentino Outlet has a strict return policy. Everything is final sale. No return, exchanges, or refunds. Please keep this in mind while you are shopping there.

VALENTINO OUTLET CUSTOMER SERVICE

I didn’t get to really interact with the sales associates that much. I was just browsing around, but they did come up and asked if I needed any help. They also let me know about the additional sales that they were having. In my opinion, I thought their service was perfect for me. I don’t like being followed around the store and I like that they let me just browse around. In regard to them picking up the phone and answering questions, they get an A+ in my book. Every time I’ve called, they’ve picked up the phone and have been super helpful.

VALENTINO OUTLET WAIT TIMES

There were maybe one or two people in front of me and probably waited no more than five minutes. We went on a weekend so I thought the wait time wasn’t bad at all. I didn’t mind the wait since the store itself is pretty small so they probably don’t want a lot of people inside at once, especially during COVID.
